Property News | In Kiev, more than 100 houses are in disrepair At the moment in Kiev, there are 106 houses in emergency or unfit for life condition. This is reported by the department of housing and communal infrastructure of the KSCA. In particular, out of 106 houses 89 are deemed to be shabby, 3 - emergency and 14 - unsuitable for life. The latter are in the Solomensky district on the streets of Academician Potebni, Vadim Getman, and also on the street. Dalekoy, Dokuchaevskaya and Medovoy.

Most of the dilapidated houses in the Podolsky district of the city (33 houses). Many such buildings are located in Shevchenko (25) and Solomensk (15) districts of the capital. The least is in the Pechersky and Svyatoshinsky districts.

It is noted that there are no dilapidated and emergency buildings in three districts of the capital - on the Left Bank. Most dilapidated houses are in the communal property of the city (about 80 houses), 14 houses are departmental, three more houses are managed by the AJOAH. As reported in the department of housing and communal infrastructure, the house is recognized as dilapidated or emergency according to the decision of the Council of Ministers of the URSR dated April 26, 1984, as well as the rules for assessing the physical deterioration of buildings from February 3, 2009. They regulate the procedure for examining residential buildings for compliance with sanitary and technical requirements.

According to the document, the building is considered dilapidated if it is worn out on more than 60% for wooden buildings and 70% for stone buildings. In this case, an emergency is considered a building, if its further operation should be immediately stopped for the sake of safe living of people.
