Housing prices in Turkey have increased over the year by almost 20%
Throughout the country the prices on the secondary housing in January 2013 increased by 17,11% in annual terms. With inflation, the cost of housing rose by 9,13%.
According to the consulting company REIDIN, in January 2013 prices on the secondary housing increased: on 13,92% in Ankara, on 16,54% in Adana, the 22,62% in Antalya, 9,42% in Bursa, on 19,47% in Istanbul, on 16,07% in Izmir and to 6,74% in Kocaeli.
