The greatest increase in prices in the past month was observed in Desnyanskiy area by 10,8% to 1306 dollars per 1 sq. km. m Goloseyevsky by 3,4% to 2,497 U.S. dollars per 1 sq. km. m Obolonsky by 2,9% to 1,378 U.S. dollars per 1 sq. km. m areas. In the rest of the change in average prices ranged from -1.9% to +1%.
