"The personification of responsibility must occur at both the facility design, and at the level of expertise and the construction itself," - said I. Akimov.
According to her earlier decision about the building could be taken irrespective of the results of the examination. While taking into account the amendments made by the President of Ukraine to the law, the decision may be taken only if a positive result of the examination.
