Property News | Verkhovna Rada refused to approve the payment of VAT exemptions for investment projects in the Crimea Verkhovna Rada (VR) during the evening meeting on Nov. 18 refused to support the proposal made in section XIX «Transitional Provisions" of the draft Tax Code provision on the introduction of incentives for the payment of VAT to 5 years during the implementation of investment projects in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Norma offered temporarily, within 5 years from the date of registration in the prescribed manner of investment projects exempt from charging VAT on the import operation on the territory of Ukraine of equipment and components that are used to carry out such investment.

As stated from the parliamentary tribune, head of the committee on the tax and customs policy Vitaly Homutynnik, above the rate expected to be launched and resolved by adopting a separate law.
