Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the second reading and the whole bill of N8077 State Land Cadastre. Relevant document is proposed to establish that the analysis submitted documentation and to make all information about the land shall be made solely by district (city) territorial bodies of the central organ of executive power on land.
As the Information Department of the Verkhovna Rada, the document includes provisions for settlement mechanism of the order of the exchange of information between the State Land Cadastre and State Register of Rights to Real Estate, said "BIZliga.net".
The latter, in turn, directs the State Land Cadastre of information on what rights to land is registered by a particular person. It is also assumed that the bodies of the inventory will provide local authorities the information necessary for the exercise of its powers in the field of land relations.
The bill provides that, beginning in 2013, the state acts on the ownership of the land will not be issued.
