The Constitutional Court did not support the developers

Property News | The Constitutional Court did not support the developers Ukraine's Constitutional Court ruled unconstitutional a ban on the termination of investment contracts for the construction of housing. This follows from the decisions of the COP, which was adopted March 13 and made ​​public Thursday.

The COP recognized the unconstitutional provisions of Part 4 of Article 3 of the Law "On prevention of the global financial crisis on construction industry development and housing" on December 25, 2008

Under this provision, "the gap is prohibited by natural and legal persons of any contracts that result in the transfer of the completed facility, or developers of housing projects, provided that such contracts payment is 100% of the cost of the facility or part thereof."

With the introduction of the issue to the Constitutional Court addressed a citizen of Zinaida Galkina.
