Under the bill, agricultural land have the right to buy Ukraine's citizens, farms, the state represented by the central authority on land or territorial communities.
The document assumes that the foreign person will have no ownership of agricultural land. At the same entities that own land, but more than 10% of their charter capital owned by foreign entities are required to carry out the procedure of land alienation. Otherwise, it will be withdrawn in court and transferred to state ownership.

In addition, the document sets out the maximum area of land that can be owned by one person. In particular, such a rule in Polesie is 1.5 ha, forest - 1.75 hectares, Stepney - 2.1 ha, the Carpathian mountain area - 900 hectares, the Crimean mountain area - 1.1 hectares . In other regions the size of the land in the hands of one should not exceed 2.1 hectares. At the same time, the total area of land may exceed the maximum limit in case of inheritance of land.
