Property News | The Cabinet intends to introduce a state duty for state registration of real property rights The Cabinet of Ministers at a meeting on Wednesday approved a draft law envisages the introduction rates of state fees for state registration of rights to immovable property. According to a press release from the Ministry of Justice, acting by the developer of the document, referring to the head office of Alexander Lavrynovych, the purpose of levying registration fee is to cover the expenses of the state in carrying out these activities, wrote Building.

The bill provides for the collection of state duty for state registration of title to property in the amount of seven non-taxable minimum income (119 USD), ownership of real estate that has emerged and is registered before 1 January 2012 - 50% rate (59.5 hr); property right property, burdening the right to property - three non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (51 hr).

The bill is designed to implement the provisions of the law "On state registration of property rights to real property and their burdens, according to which from 1 January 2012 in Ukraine will be implemented state registration of property rights, but also creates the necessary system of state registration of property rights in real estate.
