State Mortgage Institution lowered the refinancing rate mortgage loans with 13,5% to 11%. This is stated in the message SMI. "SMI reports that according to the decision of the Supervisory Board on 16 November 2010 established the refinancing rate mortgage at a rate of 11% per annum," - said in a statement.<br /><br />Supervisory Board also reviewed and took into account a new mechanism for the refinancing of banks to complete the housing construction and purchase it using a mortgage program for SMI.<br /><br />The refinancing rate by this mechanism is also set at 11% per annum, says Ukrainian News.<br /><br />Institution plans to send 2 billion hryvnia, which should reach to increase the statutory fund for this purpose.<br /><br />As reported, the Cabinet decided to increase the UV SMI 2 billion hryvnia to 2.2 billion hryvnia in October 2010.<br /> <a href="https://www.zagorodna.com ">www.zagorodna.com </a><br />
