Seven Hills has commissioned the 1-st turn living compound Park Avenue

Developer Seven Hills (Kiev) put into operation the first set of Park Avenue, located at the crossroads Holosiyiv Prospect (previously - 40 Years of October) and the streets Demiivska in Kiev, according to a press release. The structure of the first stage, the official opening which will be held on July 8, includes two separate 22-24-storey residential houses, commercial and office center and parking.
The entire complex by 1,2 thousand apartments built on the site 3.96 hectares and will consist of four freestanding 22-24-storey buildings, as well as five sectional 23-24-storey building.
As clarified director of marketing and communications company Violetta Losev, the second stage, provided five sectional house, was launched in February this year. It is assumed that the facility will be commissioned in December 2011
Construction work on two more one-section buildings belonging to the third turn, will be launched in the summer of 2011 and completed, presumably in late 2012
Previously, Seven Hills stated on investment in construction of a residential complex Park Avenue at $ 100 million when it was reported that attracted from the bond issue EXCO Plus \"(Kiev, contracting construction) funds in the amount of 363.346 mln will be sufficient to finance the first phase of the complex. The remaining funds will invest BSG Investment, which includes the Seven Hills.
Seven Hills company registered in Ukraine in 2006, is part of the international Scorpio Real Estate LTD, the structural unit of the international group of companies BSG Investment.
