The National Committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (ARC), Land Resources is planning to April 1, 2011 to complete the regulatory and monetary valuation of land within the settlements of the Crimea. This was announced by chairman of the republican committee of the ARC zemresursam Alexander Chabanov at a press conference in Simferopol.
According to A. Chabanova, currently Crimea is one of the last places in Ukraine for the monetary valuation of the land. At the present time of 1021 the settlement of normative and monetary evaluation of land held in 228.
As the head Reskomzema, many local councils deliberately did not carry out this work because the lack of specific data enabled them to illegally dispose of both the land and the price of it.
According to A. Chabanova, funding to carry out the regulatory and monetary valuation of land would be at the expense of local budgets, as well as funds received in compensation for losses of agricultural production. In the absence of funds from local councils, the necessary funds will be sought from the state budget, reports Building.
