This was announced today at a press briefing the head of the Parliamentary Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy, Vitaly Homutynnik, commenting on today adopted amendments to the Tax Code (Bill N8217).

"There was a proposal to the Cabinet, which agreed with a committee regarding the transfer of entry into effect of rules on the taxation of real estate. The proposal of the Cabinet was to apply this rule for a year, we agreed to postpone for six months, that is, the second half of 2012 real estate tax must begin act after a single register will be entered real estate in Ukraine ", - said Homutynnik.
