The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft resolution on the adoption of a draft law on amendments to some legislative acts regarding land management in the Crimea. According to the parliamentary press service, we are talking about the bill, filed in August to the People's Deputies of the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
Under the bill proposed to expand the powers of the Council of Ministers of Crimea and republican authorities in the land sector, particularly in matters of privatization, alienation, isolation, land sales, and distribution of the proceeds from the sale of land in the budgets of different levels.
According to the agency e-Crimea, in August Azarov introduced to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft law "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on improving land management in the Crimea."
Earlier, the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych instructed before 1 April next year to make an inventory of the Crimean land and water reserve fund and complete the regulatory and monetary value of land Crimean settlements.
