More than a million Ukrainians are in the queue for housing

In Ukraine, as of 1 January 2010 there were 1 million 174.23 thousand families and single persons in the queue for housing. <br /><br />Such figures were released at the official website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine, the correspondent wrote.<br /><br />According to his data, including vneocherednikov there were 98.821 thousand families and single persons, pervoocherednikov - 305.719 thousand families.<br /><br />"Most vneocherednikov for housing is registered in Kiev - 15.853 thousand families, Kiev region - 7.708 thousand families, and Zhitomir region - 6.632 thousand families, and the smallest - in Sevastopol (607 families), Transcarpathian (880 families) and Chernivtsi (992 families ) areas, "- the report says.<br /><br />As previously reported, the Verkhovna Rada has allocated 1.04 billion hryvnia from the stabilization fund to provide housing for privileged categories of citizens and support affordable housing program in 2010.<br /><a href=""></a><br />
