The department also suggested that these zemuchastki are ready to be sold at auction in the spring of 2011

As reported, Ivano-Frankovsk decided to sell at auction the right to lease land and put up for auction the right to lease for 25 years, five plots of land with total area of 7.89 hectares at a starting price of 16.165 mln.

Ivano-Frankivsk in 2008 tried to sell the ownership of these lands at auction, but it does not take place because of lack of buyers.

In Ivano-Frankivsk spent only two land auction: in 2007, sold 6.5 hectares of non-agricultural land for 37 mln in 2008 - 1.47 hectares per 1.12 ml. UAH.

Land auctions in Ivano-Frankivsk in 2009 were not conducted.
