Objects in the capital, construction of which commenced illegally, will be dismantled, said the first deputy chairman Alexander Mazurchak KSCA. "Today a meeting was held in Alexander Pavlovich Popov on all controversial buildings in the city" - he said.
Mazurchak also reported that all matters relating to such buildings, will be resolved exclusively in terms of legal assessment and evaluation of town-planning council.
"He (Popov - Ed.) Stated that most likely will have to destroy some objects, in spite of their stage of construction", - noted the official.
Speaking about the construction near the Metro Theatre, the first deputy chairman of the KCSA noted that the developers have a court decision that allowed them to continue building, but on appeal KSCA voluntarily stop the work of the reaction was not, sobschaet "reporter."
According to him, the demolition of illegally constructed objects are utilities, followed by recovery of the builder.
Previously reported that the Kiev authorities have decided not to demolish the old house on Nivki, Darnitsa and Svyatoshino, but only to insulate and upgrade them.
