Implementation of the national project "Affordable Housing" will be launched from Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk, Lviv, Odessa and Simferopol, where affordable housing will be built in July 2011. This was reported by the head of a working group to draft Vladislav Nikolayuk, writes reporter.
"Today, there are proposals from the local city council and the preliminary agreement with Kiev and Kharkov. During November and December, I plan to drive through the remaining cities - Donetsk, Lviv, Odessa, Simferopol and we look forward to close cooperation with them" - he said.
Under the project, following the successful launch of the project in these cities are invited to implement it in Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Poltava and Crimea. In the future plan will be implemented in the provinces.
According to him, the beginning of the project is scheduled tentatively for summer 2011. "I set a goal that in July 2011, the first site was fenced and the fence and excavations at one of the dubbed the six regional centers. It is a monolithic house-building" - he said.

As part of the national project Affordable housing will be built quarters in which will be located up to 16 identical 9-storey residential buildings of 70 flats area of 3,827 square meters. m with all the necessary communications.
"Thus, in the quarter will be 1120 apartments: 512 one-bedroom, 320 two-bedroom and 288 - two-bedroom. The total area of apartments in the building of the quarter - 59,264 square meters. M" - the report says.
According to the document, the term of the project - 5 years. At this point in the queue for housing is 1.3 million families, of which 400,000 claimed for social housing, 900,000 - at an affordable.
As previously reported, the working group on preparation of the national project Affordable Housing evaluates the need to finance the first phase of the project to 1.5 billion USD and expects them to bring in foreign construction companies.
