Property News | Former first zammera Alupki suspected of illegal land allocation The former official Alupka City Council is suspected of illegal allocation of land on the southern coast of Crimea, which the state suffered damage to more than 1 mln. As reported in Thursday's press office prosecutors autonomy, Simferopol Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office instituted criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the fact of abuse of power by the former first deputy mayor Alupka.

"The official is suspected of unlawful disposal of land in the resort town than the public interest has suffered damage amounting to over 1 mln. Without considering the issue at the former first deputy head of Alupka illegally handed over to citizens 0.17 hectares of urban land "- the press-service.
