Crimean authorities to prepare for the auction to sell plots of land on which the Crimean budget expects to receive about 150 million UAH. According to A. Chabanova, appeal to the Government of the State Committee in connection with the situation have been issued two weeks ago. "Once we get a positive response, the auctions will start immediately", - he stated. The decision of the Cabinet № 850 indicated that the cost of land is determined by expert assessment of land. However, according to A. Chabanova, Land Code, determines that it should be a normative monetary valuation of land, which determines the value of the lot, put up for auction.
