Deputy Head of State of the Azov-Black Sea Environmental Inspection Nicholas Masenko argues that there are cases where courts have challenged the cancellation of a number of decisions on the allocation of land in the territory of the objects of natural reserve fund in the Crimea. On a conference call on the Council of Ministers of Crimea N. Masenko noted that, in particular, we are talking about land in the territory of Massandra, Livadia and Miskhorsky parks.
He explained that the courts' decisions are based on the fact that the boundaries of objects of natural reserve fund has not been formally established, so it is not clear whether within the protected sites are located disputed areas. "There is a judicial decision that the land was issued correctly, because the boundaries are not set. Then it is possible judicial decisions the whole park to distribute ", - said N. Masenko.
According to the agency e-Crimea, in the current year in the Crimea, the prosecuting authorities to be representative of the State in the 11 business cases on the claims of the State Administration of parks-monuments of garden art.
Last year, the State Administration of Livadia, Massandra and Miskhorsky parks-monuments of garden art of national importance has returned to the state budget unused 500 thousand UAH. to which the planned stake out the boundaries of parks.
