Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea George Psarjov suggested that management of human settlements Big Yalta can independently carry out the regulatory monetary value of land in full and establish their boundaries without any additional material and legal assistance to the Crimean government. "Municipalities of Greater Yalta, including the city itself, does not need subsidies for these purposes, because they themselves have the necessary means. At the same time conducting regulatory and monetary valuation of land and the imposition of borders in the nature of human settlements, parks, sites of natural reserve and Water funds will not only increase the occupancy of local budgets, but also to give impetus to the development of cities and towns "in the right direction", - sure officer, reports the Office of Information Policy of the Crimean government.
According to Vice-Premier, today it has signed over 700 contracts with local councils of the Crimea at various levels to assess the land.
Chairman of the National Committee of the Crimea on land resources Chabanov Alexander added that the Big Yalta concluded only one such contract. The remaining 17 local councils intend to revise the old solutions.
The Minister also noted that the municipal authorities of the Yalta region legally can use the funds to the compensation of losses of agricultural and forestry production. In particular, according to Chabanova, today's special accounts councils of Greater Yalta including at least one million USD, which, according to the official, may become a "good tool".
