Property News | Cabinet to consider changes to the law on the transfer of state property objects rights Cabinet meeting today to consider changes to the law on the transfer of state-owned and municipal. The Cabinet of Ministers meeting on 10 August to consider a bill on amending the Law of Ukraine "On the transfer of state-and municipal property", the rapporteur on this issue made by the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Vadym Kopylov. The government also will consider a bill ratifying the agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil on cooperation in defense sphere (speaker - Minister of Defense Michael Yezhel).
It is planned that the Cabinet approves the changes to some of the Cabinet of Ministers on the state registration of legal entity and physical person - entrepreneur (speaker - Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych) to approve the procedure for declaring the presence of sugar (speaker - Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food Prisyajnyuk Nicholas) to adopt new the Interdepartmental Commission for a comprehensive solution to the problems of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (speaker - Minister of Emergency Situations Viktor Baloga).

The meeting will be approved by order to reallocate some of the state budget to the Ministry of Defense in 2011 (speaker - Yezhel) and expenditure budget provided for in the 2011 State Court Administration (speaker - Finance Minister Theodore Yaroshenko).
