Property News | Bulgarian housing cheaper In the second quarter average price of apartments on the secondary market of the country decreased by 0,8% compared with the previous quarter.

The most significant decline was registered in Gabrovo (8,3%), Shumen (7,8%), and Vratsa (6,9%). In Sofia the price remained at the level I district, according to a report of the National Statistical Institute of Bulgaria.

In annual terms, prices for Bulgarian apartments dropped by 9.7%.

Compared with the first quarter, prices in Sofia have not changed, in Plovdiv grew by 2,5%, in Varna, decreased by 3,4%

Recall that in the first quarter of the cost of apartments in the country dropped to 2.3% in quarterly terms.
