As reported LigaBusinessInform the press service of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the department formally recommended that the Kyiv Regional State Administration to establish cost-based tariffs for services of the bureau of technical inventory in the area.

"Today the cost of such services in the Kiev area has been established. Thus, the Kyiv Regional State Administration adopted a threshold level of profitability for the services of BTI. In particular decree N 282 dated 20.05.2002 provided that such rate of return is 30% of the cost" - says reported.
Consequently, the TIB region independently set tariffs for their own services, which leads to abuses of monopoly power.
How to set the Committee, the cost of one standard hour of time on the BTI services in the Kiev region is significantly higher than in other regions of Ukraine. In this case, according to available information on the Committee since the beginning of March this year, a number of TIB unreasonably increased the cost of standard hour at 30 - 60%.
In fact unreasonable increase of tariffs for services are referred to the Kiev regional branch of the Committee instituted and investigates cases of Yagotinsky, Makarov, Irpin, Vasilkovskaya Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky and Obukhov BTI.
Attending the meeting of the committee vice-chairman of the Kiev regional state administration Vladimir Maksimenko agreed with the recommendations of the Committee and reported that work on their implementation has already commenced. In particular, he noted that the calculations have already developed standard hour in Berdyansk, Irpin, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky BTI, which is expected to decrease by 17, 21 and 24%. The average reduction in standard hour in the Kiev region should reach 20%.
Commenting on the provision of advice Kyiv Regional State Administration, Acting Chairman of the Committee Yuri Kravchenko, said: "Service delivery BTI requires precise pointing of the order.
The cost of these services should be clear and fair. Antimonopoly Committee satisfied that the understanding arrived at by this issue with the Kiev regional state administration, tangible impact on consumers reduce fees for services before the end of this year. In order to protect consumer interests, the Committee is closely monitoring the situation in the market for the inventory of real estate in other areas of the state. "
