Prime Minister Mykola Azarov wants developers to sell home, without waiting for high profitability. He stated this today, opening a regular meeting of the government. Mykola Azarov noted that the first 9 months of this year in Ukraine, was commissioned in 1,6 times more housing than the same period last year.
"But, unfortunately, we have not yet reached pre-crisis level of the volume of construction. Developers are waiting for prices and not in a hurry to sell housing at prices which have declined significantly in recent years. Minregionstroy must find incentives for these developers," - said the prime minister.
According to M. Azarov, the level of profitability, which has been from developers in 2006-2007 will be gone. "They need to understand that if we will return to normal, it will be good for everyone", - said Mykola Azarov.
