Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has set the task to the end of the year to complete construction and put into operation seven unfinished projects in Vinnitsa, the degree of readiness which is 70-80%. Corresponding instruction of Prime Minister Mykola Azarov formed at a meeting to address the problematic issues of socio-economic development of the Vinnytsia region, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
"We need to find incentives for the completion of the seven unfinished projects that you have, the degree of readiness which is 70-80%. I put the task to the end of the year of their construction has been completed, they were put into operation and began the process of implementation of housing ", - underlined the prime minister.
In addition, the Head of Government noted that in the whole country recorded the resumption of construction and economy, and therefore, according to him, sooner or later, demand for property increases.
He clarified that in the next few years real estate prices do not rise to the level that was in 2006-2007: "I think in the next few years we have to such prices will not go back."
In this case, Azarov said that both the government and local authorities should develop a range of incentives to revive the construction industry. However, he clarified that the government believes the construction industry a priority for Ukraine.
