Class "A" - the most prestigious facilities are located in new office complexes and business centers in the city center. 10 mandatory requirements:

A separate, clearly marked entrance to an office building with a foyer.
Clear ceiling height of at least 2,7 m in the area not less than 90% of used office space.
Secured parking (excluding spontaneous parking on the street) inside the building or adjacent to the building area at the rate of not less than 1 parking spaces per 100 sq ft leased (sold) area.
Energy, at least 50 watts per 1 square. m area with full light and the connected equipment, maintenance, or electricity under Category 1, or using a diesel generator.
The heating, ventilation and air conditioning: at least 2-pipe (1 unit) with individual temperature control for each tenant, provides four air changes per hour (with fresh air).
Open plan area with a grid of columns, providing flexibility in redevelopment.
Fiber-optic digital telephone lines, ISDN, Internet services in the building.
The coefficient of the common areas, subject to payment, not more than 12%.
10 additional requirements:

Exit the building facade to the street (marked frontal location on the street).
Rational distance between the windows, in which at least 95% used space located within 10 m from the source of natural lighting (windows or atrium).
Minimum floor area - 500 square meters. m
The average distance between the outer wall and the inner boundary of the area used shall not exceed 10 m.
Connectivity and communication systems in any place thanks to raised floor, communication channels under the floor or boxes around the perimeter of the premises.
