Among those illegally obtained land in Lisnyky Kiev Sviatoshynsky area have relatives of former leaders of the Cabinet of Ministers.
This was stated by the prosecutor of the Kiev region, Alexander Gardetsky at a press conference in Kiev.
"In Lisnyky 16 people illegally obtained parts. There's just people do not - there are some former leaders of the Cabinet. They are not made out a ground and the relatives," - he said.
Gardetskogo noted that the prosecutor's office announced 16 actions against specific individuals for the return of land to the state.
In addition, prosecutors said 17 more lawsuits, so that 17 people who wish to gain ground in the same way, it never received.
In this case, the prosecutor declined to name any names, saying only that it's "family of former Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers."
He also assured that "the prosecutor's office initiated the action, they are consistent, and we'll go to the end."
Earlier, some media reported that the land in Lisnyky got a son of ex-Cabinet minister Peter Krupko Vladimir and daughter, his deputy Sergei Cebotari Oksana. Also among the 16 people who received land, was the sister of the wife of former Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Turchinov Vishnevskaya, Raisa.
Earlier, the prosecutor's office in Kiev has opened investigation into the illegal allocation of 2.5 hectares of land in Zhulyanah. The review found evidence that in 2008 the Kiev city council has given plots frontman parties.
