Who gives loans for housing?

In Ukraine, as of July 16 loans for the purchase of primary residence granted 11 banks for the purchase of secondary residences - 20 banks. This was reported in the Ukrainian National Mortgage Association (UNIAN).

According to the data, interest rates on loans as the primary and the secondary housing ranged from 11% to 28% per annum in UAH.

BTA Bank - minimum interest rate of 16,50% annual in grivna, the maximum term of mortgage - 4 years, the size of the first installment - 40% -50% (secondary and primary markets);

Kreditprombank - minimum interest rate is 20% -22% pa in UAH, the maximum term of mortgage - 5-30 years, the size of the down payment - a minimum of 25-30% (primary market);

Arcade - the minimum interest rate is 15-23,5% pa in UAH, the maximum mortgage 15-20 years, the size of down payment -30% (primary market);

Piraeus Bank - minimum interest rate is 22.5% -23.5% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 20 years, the size of the first installment - 30% -50% (secondary and primary markets);

Universal Bank - minimum interest rate is 26% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 20 years, the size of the first installment - 30% (secondary market);

BM Bank - minimum interest rate is 24% - 25% pa in UAH, the maximum mortgage 10-15 years, the size of the down payment - 40 - 50% (secondary market);

UkrGasBank - minimum interest rate of 18-22% annual in grivna, the maximum mortgage in 1910, the size of the first installment - 30% -50% (secondary market);

Postal Bank - minimum interest rate is 23% -25.5% pa in UAH, the maximum mortgage of 15 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary market);

Volksbank - minimum interest rate of 11-19,99% pa in UAH, the maximum mortgage of 15 years, the size of the first installment - 40% (secondary and primary markets);

Forum - minimum interest rate is 23,5% (secondary housing), 17.95% (primary cell) per annum in UAH, the maximum mortgage of 15 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary and primary markets);

Ukrsotsbank - minimum interest rate is 23% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 20 years, the size of the first installment - 40% (secondary market);

Privatbank - minimum interest rate of 26.64% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 20 years, the size of the first installment - 30% (secondary market);

Oschadbank - minimum interest rate is 22% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 20 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary and primary markets);

Erste Bank - the minimum interest rate of 21-23,99% -24.49% annual in grivna, the maximum mortgage 5-10 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary market);

Ukreximbank - minimum interest rate is 28% pa in UAH, the maximum mortgage 5-10 years, the size of the first installment - 40% (secondary and primary markets);

Kredobank - minimum interest rate is 19.49% -19.99% (secondary housing), 22-22,5% (primary cell) per annum in UAH, the maximum term of mortgage 5-15 years, the size of the first installment - 60% (secondary and primary markets);

Megabank - minimum interest rate is 25% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 10 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary market).

Bank of Cyprus - the minimum interest rate of 22,9% annual in grivna, the maximum term of the mortgage 10 years, the size of the down payment - 40-50% (secondary and primary markets);

Marine Transport Bank - minimum interest rate is 25% pa in UAH, the maximum term of the mortgage 20 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary market);

Credit Europe Bank - minimum interest rate of 19,9% annual in grivna, the maximum term of 7 years of mortgage, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary market);

Meta Bank - the minimum interest rate is 26,5-27,5% annual in grivna, the maximum term of 3 years of the mortgage, the amount of the first installment - 30% (secondary market);

Ukrainian National Bank for Development - the minimum interest rate of 18-25% maximum mortgage 5-10 years, the size of the first installment - 50% (secondary and primary markets);

The total number of banks providing loans to buy housing in Ukraine, over the past month increased by six agencies and was 22 of the bank.

As previously reported, in Ukraine, as of June 14 loans for the purchase of primary residence granted eight banks for the purchase of secondary residences - 14 banks.
