Number of people wishing to buy a house in the country as a permanent housing increased during the year and a half in Russia by 11%, said on Monday during the National Forum of the construction industry executive director for housing finance HMLA Andrew Silk.
According to him, when in February 2009, the proportion of potential buyers looking to buy a house in the country for permanent residence, was 20%, then by July 2010 it had grown to 31%.
At the same time, he added Silk gradually during this time reduced the number wishing to buy an apartment. In February 2009, their share was 72%, in July 2010 - 61%.
Percentage willing to buy the land up to July 2010 was 6%, and the house for temporary accommodation - 5%.
