GYODER Association conducted a study according to which 65.1% of Turkish citizens against real estate sales to foreigners. The survey was conducted among five thousand citizens.
Only 27% of respondents expressed a positive manner with respect to non-residents who buy houses and apartments in Turkey. It is reported Hurriyet Daily News.
So now some developers limit the number of sales to foreign buyers to 5-10% of the total number of apartments in residential complexes, not to lose the Turkish customers.
