According to them, the ruble prices on high-budget items in the Moscow region in August, were without major changes. Thus, the cost per square meter in a cottage, an increase of 1%, amounted to 129.4 thousand rubles, and in townhouse - 95.3 thousand (rise in price on 1,2%).
"Land without a contract for water or near forest areas have become the sales leader in the summer of 2010.
