According to a new study by the Propertyfinder Group, the Center and the Old Town became the highest-price districts in Dubai for buying an apartment. The average price per square meter here was $ 6,240 and $ 5,750, respectively. They are followed by Palm Jumeirah with the cost of a square meter of $ 5,380, DIFC ($ 5,250) and Dubai Marina ($ 4,600).
Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah and Zey Lakes also proved to be the most expensive areas for buying villas with average prices per square meter of $ 7,620, $ 7,140 and $ 4,000 respectively. The five most expensive places were completed by Jumeirah Islands with an average cost of $ 3 842 sq. M and Meadows ($ 3,570).
With regard to rent, in the report of the Propertyfinder group, chief commercial director Lukman Gajier noted that in most areas in the last six months, rates for rented housing have declined. Perhaps this is due to the high level of delivery of new facilities. But Dubai still remains one of the most attractive markets for investors.
Earlier we reported that prices for new buildings in the Czech Republic continue to grow.
