The Government of Ukraine intends to soon reduce the time allocation of land for the construction of four times.
, Told Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Tigipko at the opening of an international business forum of the modernization strategy of the Crimean breakthrough in Alushta.
"At a meeting headed by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, we agreed that within a month we completely change the concept of land allocation for construction and obtaining permission for this type of activity," - said Tigipko.
He added that the study experiences of a number of countries in this direction, were also invited foreign experts to devise a strategy and implement it within a month.
"According to our preliminary estimates, 4 times will be reduced time for the allocation of land and 3 times will be reduced time to obtain building permits," - said Deputy Prime Minister.
He expressed confidence that these changes will help improve the climate in Ukraine for investors.
As previously reported, the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction has developed a framework law on licensing system in the building and plans to send him to the Cabinet for consideration and approval before the end of October.
