State will help low-rise and Cottage Building

June 24, 2010 in Hall of Trade and Industry of Ukraine, with the support of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine was held All-Ukrainian Conference "Individual and cottage building: domestic and international experience."

The conference brought together leaders of development and construction companies, representatives of public authorities and professional associations. The conference was opened by Sergey Parfenovich Skripchenko - President of the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. On the directions of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction in the promotion of low-rise and cottage construction in Ukraine informed those present Ivan Saliy - Advisor to the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine, Chairman of the entrepreneurs, including construction materials and products for TPPU. Valery A. Omelchuk - Associate of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Ph.D. Public Administration reported on the financial and credit mechanisms for the construction of affordable low-rise and cottage housing given the international experience and subsequent proposals to the government. On the formation of an effective mechanism for construction costs that will ensure the implementation of programs of mass affordable housing reported to the President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Slobozhansky Ceramics "Igor E. Dalichuk. He continued his presentation by Igor E. Marketing Manager "Slobozhanska building ceramics" Evgueni Yanchenkov. In the section devoted to the latest technologies and materials in low-rise building, were made by Natalia P. Lopatin - Director of Izoplast-Systems, Dmitry V. Latyshev - CEO Aerocom, Alexander P. Burlachenko - General Director of "Valkyrie" and Gennady Proshchenko - CEO "Meeting". Design decisions for the individual low-rise building proposed to the Director-General "Facade" Peter G. Varshavets. On the European practice of state support for low-rise construction and supply power to promote cottage and low-rise building said Sergei G. Buravchenko - chief architect of the Research Institute UkrNIIPrograzhdanselstroya. Their proposals to the authorities on the development of cottage building in the Kiev region unveiled Alexander Rubanov - President of the Association of Realtors of Ukraine, the CEO of Samson. Reports of Andrei Nikolaevich Ponomarev - Acting head of city planning, architecture and infrastructure of the Kiev regional state administration and Ivan Ivanovich Shpilevsky - Director of the Institute Giprograd on major development issues of individual, low-rise and cottage building in the Kiev region concluded the conference.
