"Firstly, the selection of contractors is very hard, and secondly, the objects that participate in the program must be insured," - says LA Risuhin.
The official also noted that the mechanism for transferring money to complete construction of the object is as follows: "Fund the proxy buyer transfers the money of the investor and government support for the developer, at a rate proportional to the actual construction readiness of the object, and further installments upon completion of construction."
"If the stage of construction is 75% - then we'll credit 75% of the amount of focusing on the accounts where the monthly developer has built a 5% increase - then another 5%", - said A. Risuhin.
