Currently, the majority of Ukrainian Realtors work on a simplified tax system, and translate them into a common system of taxation would lead to shadowing real estate activity, the president of the Union of Real Estate Specialists of Ukraine Alexander Rubanov.
"Realtors will go into the shadows. The staff will not accept them as real estate agencies, and so given the difficult situation on the market, simply go bankrupt, "- he commented," Interfax-Ukraine "adopted by Parliament on Thursday decided not to retain the simplified tax system for insurance agents and real estate agents.
A. Rubanov noted that this is a particularly negative impact on the regions, as in most real estate agencies are registered as private entrepreneurs.
The Verkhovna Rada on November 18 during the second reading of the draft Tax Code of Ukraine did not support the proposal to maintain the simplified tax system for insurance agents and real estate agents.
