Prime Minister Vladimir Putin agreed with the conclusions of the Attorney-General that in Volgograd land plots allocated by officials of opaque and corrupt schemes.
He said this at a meeting of the Presidium of the RF Government. He recalled that the recently held meeting in Volgograd, a government commission on regional development, which dealt with the removal of administrative barriers in the construction.
According to Putin, then he asked a local builder, why not enough housing being built very slowly allocated plots of land. Local builders, as usual, referred to the inherent difficulties associated with the complex situation in the industry and the lack of interest of entrepreneurs to housing, reminded the prime minister.
"Attorney General's Office conducted an audit, and I can not agree that the main problem - the absolute lack of transparency and corruption schemes for land," - said Putin. He noted that the administration of Volgograd awarded 28 land on a competitive basis, and all their plot was allocated to 600.
"Others were given on the basis of non-transparent schemes, and in large numbers marked with officials and related persons", - Putin said. He added that if the plots are given for investment projects, that of construction companies of all kinds imposed additional burdens. "And even if the company carries out this additional commitment, they still sent away" - he said.
Such practices need to overcome, said Prime Minister, adding that the need to track, as in each region will be pursued programs of mass housing.
