Oschadbank developed a special credit program for housing citizens who will participate in the Affordable Housing Program, under which credit is granted for up to 20 years at 16% per annum.

According to the data at the same time, the loan amount can not exceed 70% of the value of the acquired facility financing.
Such a proposal for the borrowers bank together with the State Fund for Youth Housing Assistance has developed in response to the state target socio-economic program for the construction (purchase) of affordable housing in the years 2010-2017. Under the order approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 09.06.2010, № 509, a number of borrowers have the ability to get credit for their part of contribution. Thus, the government department plans to return to Ukraine a massive mortgage.
As noted in the message, program participants may become citizens who are registered as needing to improve their housing conditions and have the ability to pay, together with state support for housing costs, set by the developer. To participate in the program should contact the regional offices, Mortgage Center Foundation with a separate set of documents.
According to the data, once finalized by the Fund to provide a package of documents citizens to open a current account in the establishment Oschadbanka and contribute to this by their funds. Means of state support of up to 30% of the normative value of the property for further calculation with the builder for a particular property will also be credited to this account after the conclusion of appropriate agreements.
"The list of builders and construction sites in which to implement the proposed financing facilities are available in regional offices, Mortgage Centre Foundation or the official website of the Fund" - the report says.
As previously reported, of State Savings Bank of Ukraine has allocated 130 million hryvnia for crediting of citizens participating in the state program to provide affordable housing.
