It is envisaged that notaries quarterly, before the 20th day of the month following the reporting quarter, submit a report on the concluded contracts of purchase and sale of immovable property to the organs of the Pension Fund at the location of the notary public office or private notary's workplace and payment of the compulsory state pension insurance fee.

Reports will be submitted by notaries on paper, certified by the signature of a notary or by the head of a notary public office and sealed (if available), or sent by mail with a receipt and with a list of attachments.

The form of the report on the concluded contracts of purchase and sale of immovable property will contain information on the number of concluded contracts of purchase and sale of real estate, the value of such property and the amount of the fee paid for compulsory state pension insurance.
