Bill number 8077 on the State Land Cadastre provides that, beginning in 2013, the state acts on the ownership of the land will not be issued, the press service of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations.
This bill Committee recommends that Parliament adopt on second reading. The bill stipulates that beginning with 2013, the state acts on the ownership of the land will not be issued. The same way it proposes to establish that the analysis of submitted documents and make all information about the area are performed by the district (city) territorial bodies of the central executive authority on land resources.
The bill also contains provisions for the settlement mechanism of exchange of information between the State Land Cadastre and State Register of rights to immovable property. In particular, it is assumed that information on making the State land cadastre information about the plot along with its inventory plan in electronic form enters the body carrying out state registration of rights to immovable property. The latter, in turn, directs the State Land Cadastre of information that the right to land is registered for a particular person. It is also assumed that the bodies of the inventory to provide local authorities the information necessary for the exercise of its authority in the field of land relations.
In preparing the bill a second reading in committee handled more than 200 amendments. Members of the Committee, in particular, agreed with the suggestion of MP Roman Tkach deleted from the text of the bill a provision under which it was planned to establish that a January 1, 2020 of the State Land Cadastre in Kiev should be the executive body of the Kyiv City Council.
