The problem of conversion of industrial zones in Kiev can be solved in the case of sales of large plots of land for industrial use in parts, said the director of the project company "Archimatika Alexander Popov.
"Find who want to build up the land for industrial use will be easier with the possibility of further cuts and the sale of smaller sites to different investors and developers" - the expert said.
In his view such an option is profitable sale of land as authorities and developers. In particular, authorities will be able to resolve the issue inefficiently used areas and affordable housing, and developers will have sections with painted communications and organized transport roads, which greatly reduce the cost of construction.
"The issue of industrial zones - a question the viability of the project that is relevant at the moment, because it is big, wide risks and opportunities. But their advantage - it is the established engineering and transport infrastructure ", - said Alexander Popov.
Sell ??the land of industrial zones in parts, as the director of the project company, it is advisable, if possible, new development area exceeds 20 hectares, whereas smaller sites can build up and one investor.
"For the literate division into sections is to draft the sale of the territory that defines the cutting of the earth and space-functional limit development options. Development project may also determine the best actions to modernize the engineering, which then gradually, by clubbing together, can build the new owners of the sites, "- said Alexander Popov.
According to "Archimatika", in Kiev, some 200 hectares of land for industrial use in Darnitskiy, Dnieper, Obolonsky, Svyatoshynskyi and Goloseyevsky areas that could be redeveloped for housing.
