Kiev is planning to introduce passports facades of new buildings The meeting of the Standing Committee of Kharkiv City Council on city planning, architecture and land relations was held on January 20. During the meeting, committee members reviewed the progress in 2010, the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture and Land Relations of Kharkiv city council in 2010 and approved the Commission's work plan for 2011, reported the press service of the Kharkiv City Council.
