Deputies of Kharkiv City Council appealed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine with a request as soon as possible to resolve the issue with the issuance of licenses for land auctions. In his address to the Prime Minister asked MPs to give appropriate instruction to the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship and the State Committee for Land Resources.
To date, says the appeal, the law does not clearly stipulate the conditions of land auction, which does not allow territorial communities to dispose of the land of their settlements.
Also, the deputies noted that the first land auction held in Kharkov in February 2008, allowed to fill city's budget by almost 52 million USD. Then the entrepreneurs received the ownership or lease of nine plots.
Today is preparing for the next auction, which will be exhibited, as noted in circulation for 60 plots.
Kharkiv City Council requests the Prime Minister to promote a settlement of the issue that "would solve a number of social issues relevant to the territorial community of the city."
As deputies of the City Council approved the text of an appeal, asking the government to ensure the provision of state subventions to local budgets to repay the debt of public enterprises of Kharkov.
As stated in circulation, the lack of compensation for the difference in fares, the SOE Kommunochistvod, KP, "Water" and CP "Heating networks" there was "a dangerous situation." Enterprise, providing centralized water supply, sewerage, heating and supplying hot water in Kharkov, because of the growing debt threatened shutdown.
