Kharkiv city council today approved a proposed budget for the implementation of City programs target youth housing loans for 2011-2012. To finance this program is appropriated annually from the budget of the city of 5 million USD, reported the press service of the Kharkiv City Council.
Implementation of the Program in 2011 provide an opportunity for 13-15 young families to enjoy the right to receive preferential loans and improve their living conditions through the construction (purchase) of 1000 sq. m. total housing area.
"The right to credit the citizens of the youth to 35 years, being on housing lists. However, credit is granted for 30 years at an interest rate of 2% per annum. If a family or a lonely young citizen who has a child, then the loan is granted interest-free housing. If in the family of 2 children - at the expense of this target program from the city budget is paid 25% of the loan principal. If a family has 3 or more children - is paid 50% of the loan principal, "- said the deputy mayor of Kharkiv Michael Fateev.
