"Taking advantage of this credit, the young family for a year will move into an apartment, and in subsequent years to repay the loan on favorable terms," - said Fateev.
"This program fits logically into the existing state program, and we expect that for these purposes will be channeled funds not only from the city, but also from the state budget. If the city operates a program of lending, then the state allocates its funds, even in larger volume. By the same tools that are made by the borrower as a loan repayment in the future be used for re-lending, "- said the deputy mayor.
