According to him, on 29 October 2010 to local authorities appealed 3.146 million citizens eligible for free privatization of statements in the free registration and issuance of state certificate to the ground. The largest number of such applications registered in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsya regions.

Territorial authorities of the State Committee concluded a 2.808 million contracts for works for the production of technical documentation, manufacturing and registration of state certificate. The largest number of such agreements signed in Poltava, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk region.
