The Minister also said that the construction of a third bridge across the Bosporus, the length of which will be 1275 meters is underway. Bridge and passing on him highway will be completed in 2015.
«A draft of the third Bosphorus bridge will be completed in 2015, and it will be a world record,» said Binali Yildirim.
Tunnel «Мармарай» will be launched, as expected, on October 29. According to the Minister, no delay, and the tunnel opened on time.
«We embodied in a dream, which age is 150 years. This is the most important railway project in Istanbul dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Turkish Republic», - said the Minister.
At present it is a final preparatory works for opening the project, which consists of construction of an underwater railway tunnel under the Bosporus, combined with ground Railways on both sides of the Strait. The length of the «Мармарай» is 13.5 km, it connects to a high-speed railway Istanbul-Ankara and Istanbul underground subway line. It is expected that after the launch of the tunnel tubes in Istanbul will be less.
