During the first half of 2010 in the Mykolaiv region was put into operation 49,000 m2 of housing, which is almost twice as compared to the same period in 2009.

According to the data compared to the I half of 2009 amounts entered homes in urban areas increased by 97% in rural areas - in 2,2 times.

According to the significant growth of commissioned housing marked in Nikolaev - 3 times Novoodeskom area - 7 times, Arbuzinskom area - 8 times, Bereznegovatskom area - 10 times that in Voznesensk - 14 times. As previously reported, during January-May 2010 construction enterprises of Mykolayiv region perform the work in current prices to 179.3 million hryvnia, which is 13,7% less than in the corresponding period last year.
